Lamb Bhuna is a classic Indian recipe; lamb sautéed in onions, tomatoes and a fine selection of Indian herbs and spices slow cooked to get a flavoursome aromatic and spicy curry. The meat cooks in its own juices, which is what gives the deep flavour. It is a bit time consuming, but the end result is delicious and will be worth all your effort.
