Chilli Gobi is a mixture of Indian and Chinese cuisines made famous in the dhabas (food joints) of northern India. This is best eaten by combining with Rotis, Fried Rice or Noodles. This dish can be prepared with an inclination towards Indian cuisines or Chinese cuisines depending on the herbs being added (i.e. Coriander leaves or Spring Onions or Celery).
